Finding something meaningful in life helps boost your mood, lower anxiety, fight depression, and Relieve aches and pains.

2. Volunteer

Remind yourself that there is good in the world. Becoming part of the solution has been shown to improve life satisfaction and mental wellbeing.

4. Practice deep breathing or meditation

Fill your plate with a variety of nutritious foods. Get 7.5 – 9 hours of sleep per night. Work it out for 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week.
