Get a small pre-packaged serving to bring on – the – go! Nuts are filled with healthy unsaturated fats, fiber and protein to keep you full.
2. Fruit pouch
Need a quick burst of natural sugar and a hit of vitamins, too? Find a fruit pouch with all natural ingredients.
3. Protein bars
Find one with 10 – 20gm of protein, and less than 5g of sugar for the ultimate snack. Choose a bar with dried fruit or nuts… the chocolate ones may not hold up in warm weather.
