Delicious protein-packed candy cane milkshake for the holidays!


  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder
  • 2-5 drops of peppermint extract
  • 2-3 packets of stevia
  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free dry instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4-6 oz. cold water, depending on desired thickness
  • Ice

Serve and swirl in 5-10 drops of red food coloring.
