Guilt-Free Fried Rice!

Bring teppanyaki to your kitchen with vegetable fried rice. Before you put on a show, cook 1 ½ cup of brown rice & let it sit overnight in fridge. Drizzle 2 tbsp. of toasted sesame oil to a VERY HOT pan.

Toss in with style:

  • 2 tbsp. of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. of ginger
  • ½ chopped yellow onion
  • ½ chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • ½ cup of mushrooms
  • ½ cup of broccoli

Sauté (and smile) until veggies soften!
Mix in brown rice. Top it off with pizzazz and

  • ¼ cup of sake
  • 2 tbsp. of chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp. of low sodium soy sauce

Now, that’s how you put on a teppanyaki show!
