Light and Tasty Roasted Cauliflower Soup

We found the perfect creamy soup for your lunch. Try this roasted cauliflower soup, which is not only delicious, but healthy.

2 cauliflower’s heads
4 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of butter chives

To begin preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then placed on a tray one cauliflower’s head, chopped olive oil salt and pepper and roast for 25 minutes. Then in a pot for sauces, pour the milk, and the other head of cauliflower. Cook for about 25 minutes. Once cooked, we remove the cauliflower from the pot and take it to a blender with about half of the milk, liquefy for 3 minutes until the soup is processed, if it is very dense add more milk. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chives and roasted cauliflower.
