Despite the pleading call of your couch this winter, look within to find some inspiration to get your body moving and your blood pumping.
If you get your mind in the game, your body will be sure to follow. I’m a firm believer that ‘a mantra a day will keep quitting away,’ so here are my favorite 15 inspirational sayings that will refresh your outlook and kickstart your exercise routine to get your body beach-ready by summer.
“Work out because you can (and for all those who cannot because of injuries/disabilities/life limitations).”
“If you look great at the end of your workout, you didn’t do it right!”

“If you worked out when you first thought of it, you’d be done by now.”
“Work out because your life depends on it. Don’t have an hour to work out? Do you have all day to be in a hospital bed?”
