Tone The Booty With This Ankle Weight Exercise

Tone the booty with this ankle weight exercise!

  • Strap on ankle weights and lay down on the floor
  • Without bending the knee, raise leg up and down
  • Raise your leg as high as you can but don’t let it touch your foot

Repeat 20 reps, 4 times on each side.

Great for toning abductors, gluteus and quads!
