How to Tone Your Tush in the Shower

We are going to show you two exercises that you can do to get your day started off right, and you can do them right in your shower. Now before we get started, make sure that you have a non-skid surface in your bathtub. This will ensure that you’re not going to slip or fall while you’re performing the exercises. The first one, very simple. Make sure your feet are shoulder width apart, facing forward, and we’re going to squat down nice and easy just like this. When you get to 90 degrees and your legs are parallel to the floor back here you can hold that position or you can rise back up, nice and easy, and go right back down.

The other exercise is to place both hands up on the wall just like this. Again, making sure that you have the proper balance so you don’t slip or fall. Extend your leg back out just like this and through the second half of your range of motion you can kick the leg back just… like this.

45 seconds to one minute and you’re going to feel a nice burn right here in your upper hamstrings and in your gluteal muscles. A great way to start your day, both of these exercises you can do them right while you’re in your normal routine in the morning.
