Delicious protein-packed candy cane milkshake for the holidays!
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder
- 2-5 drops of peppermint extract
- 2-3 packets of stevia
- 1 tbsp of sugar-free dry instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4-6 oz. cold water, depending on desired thickness
Serve and swirl in 5-10 drops of red food coloring.
