Holy Moly it’s your own homemade cannoli!
For cannoli filing, mix in bowl:
- 32 oz. container or part-skim ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Fill plastic storage bag with cheese mixture and cut off bottom corner. Pipe the filling in the shell from the center to the edge on one side and repeat on opposite side. Stuff 18-24 pre-baked cannoli shells.
