Indulge in these skinny minny monkey bread bites this holiday season!
For butter mixture whisk in bowl:
- 6 tbsp skim milk, room temperature
- 2 tbsp butter, melted & cooled
In a separate bowl, for the sugar mixture, mix:
- 9 tbsp granulated sugar
- 9 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
Pop open 1 can of biscuits. Cut each biscuit into thirds, then cut each third into 5 pieces. Roll each piece into small balls.
Coat 2 mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray. Dunk each ball into butter then sugar. Place 5 pieces in each muffin cup. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
Pop them out and let them cool for 5 minutes. Time to monkey around… Enjoy!
