The Recipe of the Season: Pumpkin Hummus

A recipe to get your pumpkin fix.

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
