Simply Delicious Salmon Vinaigrette

 

Savor the finest fish of the sea with this incredible recipe from Chef James.

Ingredients:
2 fillets of salmon
1/2 cup ketchup
1 chopped chayote
1/4 teaspoon chives
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce

Preparation:
In a skillet brown them previously salmon seasoned with salt and pepper. While cooking mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and shake well with fork until its integrated. Remove the salmon from the pan and serve with a couple of tablespoons of the vinaigrette on top.
