What the Pumpkin Spice Latte Does to Your Body

It’s time to dust off the old UGG boots and throw on the yoga pants…

The Pumpkin spice latte is finally back!

This popular drink might taste delicious, but do you know what all that deliciousness does to your body?

Well, a Grande size of this fall favorite with whole milk from Starbucks racks in 350 calories, 6 grams of saturated fat and 48g of sugars. But Starbucks isn’t the only go-to spot to get your pumpkin fix. The golden arches also serves up its own version which has the same basic nutritional value as Starbucks’ except you’ll save yourself 10 calories.

If you’re trying to make healthier choices, get icy with Dunkin’ Donuts’ Pumpkin Swirl Iced Latte with whole milk. This cold one has fewer calories, fewer grams of saturated fat and fewer grams of sugars. BUT take it easy with this pumpkin craze and drink only half of one… that’s because they all bust your daily limit of about 25 grams of added sugars per day.
